Angela DeVane, daughter of dead gangster Joey DeVane claimed The Green Hornet (II) killed her father...when she had, in fact, slain Joey!Angela lured The Green Hornet into a trap, then killed him with a bomb!
However, she had actually slain Alan Reid, the third person to assume the role, not Britt Reid II (who was forced to retire from his costumed role as Green Hornet II due to a heart attack), whom she had hoped to eliminate!
Now the villainess intends to murder DA Diana Reid's father, the original Hornet, because she believes the Hornet's operation and the Reid family are in cahoots!

Meanwhile, Hayashi Kato, (Green Hornet II's partner) blaming himself for not protecting the impetuous Alan Reid, has fallen into a drunken depression, which his younger sister, Mishi, tries to help him overcome.
At this moment, Diana heads for her father's home to warn him...
